It is with great sadness that we announce that Dr David Marshall passed away in his sleep 1st November. Dr Marshall took over the practice at Albion Street, St Peter’s from his father Dr Gordon Marshall in 1973. His late wife Joan, who was also a nurse and practice manager for the practice, started his passion for languages and all things Chinese. He built and moved the practice to Mocketts Wood surgery in 1994. Until his retirement in 2018, he helped countless patients and people in the community, providing voluntary support to the police, Red Cross, local sporting and charity events. He will be sadly missed, not only as a doctor and friend, but also for the humour and positivity he brought into our lives.

A memorial service will be held 11:30, Saturday 14th December at St Peters Church, Broadstairs. All are welcome to come to celebrate his life.
